The Self Cooking Center combi oven now includes HiDensityControl, which increases capacity by 30 percent in the same sized cooking cabinet. With the newly-designed steam generation feature, the unit can prepare fresh pasta products. The Efficient LevelControl allows the operator to simultaneously cook multiple products and intelligently adjusts the cooking time depending upon the load size as well as how often and how long the door is left open.
