Steve Carlson is the Owner and Principal of Robert Rippe & Associates, Inc., a foodservice design and consulting firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked in foodservice facilities planning since 1982 on a wide variety of projects, most notably in the gaming, education, hospitality, healthcare and corporate markets. He approaches a project from what is practical, affordable and sustainable. His combination of creativity and sensibility is illustrated through his attention to detail and concern for quality. Steve lead the FCSI Revit Task Force which published its new foodservice industry standards for the implementation and use of the Revit software, and his article “Revit for Foodservice Design” was published in FCSI’s Americas Quarterly magazine.

Mike Wrase is a Senior Project Manager for Robert Rippe & Associates. He supervises all Revit & CAD work including plans, elevations, details, mechanical/electrical plans and schedules and special conditions. Mike coordinates with the architect and engineering teams, and reviews drawings for any conflicts or miscommunications. He also gathers information on local health, plumbing and HVAC codes. Mike has worked in foodservice facilities planning since 1994 and has been involved in numerous gaming, education, healthcare and hospitality projects. With 25-plus years of experience as a designer-consultant in the Foodservice industry .
