Restaurants with a Per Person Check Average of More Than $30
Honorable Mention: Crop Bistro, Cleveland

Crop-BistroSpecifying Team: Steve Schimoler, executive chef/partner, Crop Bistro; Larry Desatnik, president, Dean Supply; Jeff Johnson, territory manager, Top O The Table

China: Oneida (St. Andrea Mood Dinnerware)

Flatware: Wedgewood (Satin Fulcrum) and Oneida (steak knife and Stiletto)

Glassware: Spiegelau (Authentis wine glasses)

Accessories: Oneida (Schonwald wine and coffee coasters) and Risch (rattan custom menu covers and woven placemats in pewter)

Worth Mentioning: Our judges describe this as a simple, clean tabletop that features food placed in the proper dishes, which leads to a nice presentation, not one that's overcrowded. While the napkin hanging over the side of the table is visually appealing, our judges wondered how practical that is. The nicely weighted silverware fits well with the overall environment and the steak knife and centerpiece holding the salt and pepper add nice visual elements, too.
